I have two years of working experience as a Quantity surveyor in Gulf projects.In my position I am involved with following responsibilites:
To make the complete Quantity surveying from the drawings provided by client.
-To consider the Contract, Technical Specifications and Price Schedule provided by Client.
-To highlight the differences in specification with respect to Price Schedule and Tender drawings.
-To raise the pre bid queries based on scope of work and floating enquiries to the client.
-Incorporating Tender Addendums
-To prepare the Bill of Quantities and to check all the civil items are quantified.
-Liaise with Clients, Vendors and regulatory bodies on Engineering Design.
-To get the quotations for the civil materials from the suppliers.
-Responsible for preparation of Technical proposals for Tenders.
-Preparing Bill of Quantities.
